Take the Quiz

Being a woman in our modern society is exhausting

We’re caught in between the billion-dollar beauty industry that makes us feel more inadequate with every ad, tv-show and magazine that gets published — and the billion-dollar food industry that’s waiting to mop up those insecurities with aisles of manufactured comfort food.

As a result, many women feel weighed down mentally and emotionally by the constant pressure and expectations that are put on them.

✗   They feel self-conscious about their weight
✗   Struggle with low self-esteem
✗   And find themselves turning to food for comfort

It's a vicious cycle.

I’ve been there too — which is why I want to help you make peace with food, reclaim your worth and feel confident in your own skin again

We didn’t come into the world hating our bodies, it’s something we learned

When did you start feeling self-conscious about your weight? For me, it goes all the way back to childhood.

Growing up, mornings at my house went like this: wake up, pee, get naked, step on the scale, then sit down for breakfast and tell everyone how much you weighed that morning. It was the rhythm of our household.

The message I took away from this is that, if I wanted to be loved, and certainly if I wanted to avoid criticism, I needed to be skinny.

Those childhood messages weigh on us more than we think

Driven by a deep desire to be loved and accepted, many of us spend our whole lives doing what other people expect of us rather than living a life true to ourselves.

We work hard to get the perfect body, the perfect job — become the perfect daughter, the perfect wife, the perfect employee. But deep within us, we feel like we’re falling short.

It’s this gap between who we are and who we think we should be that leaves us feeling deeply unfulfilled — a void we then try to fill with food. It never works though. In fact, it only makes things worse.

But sometimes life hands us opportunities we didn’t even know we needed.

That’s what happened to me when I hit rockbottom, back in 2017. My first business collapsed, my relationship was on its last legs, and I was the heaviest I’d ever been from binging every single day to cope with the stress of it all.

It was also the best thing that ever happened to me because it forced me to take a long, hard look at myself.

That’s when I realised that the weight I needed to lose wasn't on my body. It was mental, and it was emotional.

Slowly but surely, I let go of negative self-talk, learned to cope with my emotions without food, and started to feel comfortable and content in my own skin.

Then, I released the weight of other people’s opinions of me and started to live life on my own terms.

And for the first time in my life I felt... Weightless.
It brought me a sense of inner peace I didn't even know existed, and I want you to experience this too, so you can:

✔
Enjoy food without having it rule your life
✔   Reclaim your worth and regain your health
✔   Feel confident and content in your own skin

"I'm living my life!"

I have found myself actively wanting to live rather than just existing for my next binge. I’ve stopped being ashamed of my body and started wearing clothes I like, I’ve booked myself a solo trip to Thailand next summer, and I’ve agreed to participate in an exciting new work project that I previously would have said no to. But most importantly, I've learned to be unapologetically myself!

"This is the way!"

I stumbled upon this program when I had made the decision to change my life. Joni was so supportive and encouraging! She spoke of a way to help ourselves that I had never even thought about: healing ourselves from the inside out. And thanks to Weightless, I've been doing just that! I've also let go of 86lbs but that's just a really cool side-effect of learning to love myself and treating my body properly. Please ladies, everything else has failed us...this is the way!
